Brad Thompson is the Plant Manager at PPS Windsor, where he oversees daily operations including production, scheduling, customer service, quoting, and maintenance planning. He began his career with PPS in 2017 at the Toronto facility as a general laborer, quickly advancing to lead hand and then night supervisor. In 2019, he relocated to Windsor, taking on the role of Lead Supervisor before being promoted to Plant Manager.

Before joining PPS, Thompson worked for an electrical company in the Greater Toronto Area. In his current role, he strives to improve efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety. He is also dedicated to fostering a strong workplace culture, ensuring that the shop remains a great environment for employees while continuing to deliver outstanding service and satisfaction to customers.
