The rust prevention process extends the lifetime of machinery and production parts. We offer rustproofing and corrosion resistant coating services as part of our surface preparation services. Our approach is a spray inhibitor using small AODD pumps and hoses with spray nozzles. We spray on a light coating ensuring full coverage and blow off excess liquid using compressed air. All PPS facilities occasionally dip the parts in inhibitor as well, depending on the shape and size of the parts. The inhibitors we use are paint-line friendly, water-based and mildly alkaline in nature.
